First off, thank you for choosing Plan With Christ, LLC. as your stationery store. We pride ourselves in making sure we give you the best planner/notebook to plan out your life with God. Please reach out to us at hello@planwithchrist.com with any questions or concerns about your product. 

 

RETURNS

We know not everything well be prefect and in the event that your order is not please let us know by reaching out to us at hello@planwithchrist.com within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will be able to resolve the matter. Please include your ORDER number!!! 

 

SHIPPING

At the moment, we DO NOT offer international shipping. For ALL our international planners...as soon as God makes a way we will open that door for you all. 

 

After you receive a confirmation email of your order please give us 5-8 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for us to fulfil  & ship your order. You will receive tracking information as soon as your is fulfilled and definitely before it's shipped out. 

In cases where shipping has been prematurely marked as delivered. We recommend waiting 24-48 business hours to give to postal office time to truly deliver your package(s). There are possibilities that your package(s) were delivered to the wrong address. Please check with neighbors and keep in close contact with your local postal office. 

Please remember, we are not Amazon! We ARE NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once package has been shipped.
